Troubleshooting

Below are some solutions for common issues

1) Unplug the AC adapter from the outlet and plug it in after a few minutes.

2) Please check the installation status.

3) After trying the above, put on a cat or a plastic bottle of about 2.2lb for about 20 seconds (please slowly put it on to prevent sensor failure), and the data will be reflected after a few minutes to several tens of minutes? Please try it.

4) If issue persists, please try the following Wi-Fi reset/reconnection.

a) Turn off the power

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds or longer, wait about 30 seconds, and then disconnect the AC adapter from the outlet.
(It's okay to unplug AC adapter even if the light is still on.)

b) After a few minutes, plug the AC adapter into an outlet for 1-2 minutes, and the LED light will turn on white.

c) Press the Wi-Fi reset button

There is a Wi-Fi reset button in the small hole near the power button of Toletta's body.
Please push it for about 3 seconds using the tip of the clip.

* Precautions when pressing the Wi-Fi reset button
・It may not be possible to press firmly with the pen tip.
 If you do not have a clip at hand, please try with a toothpick tip.
・When pressing the button, if the force is applied diagonally to the
 button , the button may not be pressed properly.
 Therefore, insert the tip of a clip or toothpick straight into the hole
 and press the button.

Two minutes after the white light goes out, it turns red.
(This red light indicates that you are not connected to any Wi-Fi)

d) Wi-Fi reconnection

Reconnect the router and Toletta according to the application description from the right end of the application [My Page]> Settings> Toilet management> [Toilet Wi-Fi connection].

1) Unplug the AC adapter from the outlet and plug it in after a few minutes.

2) Flashing in red occurs when [the installation is unstable] or [when the toilet is impacted]. Please check the installation status again.

There may be an error of around 100g, depending on the conditions under which the cat is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

3) If your cat touched the entrance and stood still for a while, there is a possibility of false detection. (*)
Please select [Data Exclusion] from the data correction button.

4) If the weight is correct and only the urine volume is wrong, there may be a problem with the measurement accuracy. (*)

1) Gently wipe the camera lens with a dry cloth to clear dust or dirt.

2) In the following cases, please continue "correct the data" of the cat for a week.

・Recently added/deleted cats
・Wrong face recognition did not correct for a while
・Background changed due to movement of installation location or room redesign

3) If vertical or horizontal stripes (noise) appear in the camera image, it may be a malfunction. Please let us know the Toletta's serial number wich is printed below the QR code on the back of the camera unit and the date and time of the video from the inquiry form .

* Currently, the graph is updated/reflected once daily in the morning. The same applies to corrected data. Please note.
