Basic troubleshooting for Toletta

If you encounter problems with Toletta, please follow the following steps

①Unplug the power cord. Wait a few minutes and reconnect the power cable.
②Make sure Toletta is in the correct environment. See the link for examples.
③After trying the above, put your cat on Toletta for a few seconds and check if the measurements are obtained.
④If not improved, please restart Wi-Fi.


(1)Turn off Toletta
Press the power button for 3 sec or more. Wait for 30 sec and unplug the power cord.*
*Even if the light is on, it is okay to unplug Toletta

(2) Wait a few mins and reconnect the power cable.
Then the light turns on after a few mins.

(3) Press the Wi-Fi reset button
It is present as a small button under the power button . It is only accessible by a pin and push for 3 sec.*

White light disappears and then the red light will turn on after a few mins. Red light means no Wi-Fi connection.

②Red light means an unstable environment. Make sure Toletta is in the correct environment. See the link for examples.

There is a possibility that an error of about ± 0.2 lbs may occur depending on the cat’s condition.

③If your cats does not fully enter Toletta, it may cause misdetection. If this happens, please exclude the data.

④Toletta is measuring the weight but not the urine volume.Because of the posture of the cat or a problem with the accuracy of the measurement. If this happens, please exclude the data.

①Clean the lens using a lens cleaning tissue.
②If the following happens, Toletta will relearn the identity of the cat. Until Toletta learns the identity of the cat, please provide the name of the of the cat in the app
・Add/delete new cat recently
・If Toletta recognizes the wrong cat and you do not fix it, the data will be incorrect and inaccurate.
・Change the background because of moving Toletta or furniture in background

③When showing the vertical or horizontal line in camera, please contact us and tell Toletta number and the date.
